Reducing ACoS requires more than cutting campaigns with high percentages. A campaign can show a high ACoS because it is testing a valuable search term, launching a new product, or collecting data. Another campaign can show a lower ACoS while contributing very little incremental business. Looking at one percentage without context can lead sellers to remove traffic they actually need.

Our Amazon team starts by examining where advertising spend goes and what happens after the click. Search-term behavior, orders, product targeting, campaign structure, conversion patterns, and product economics all matter. The objective is to understand which spending deserves protection and which spending requires correction.

An amazon ppc agency can make campaign changes, but our wider approach connects those changes with the rest of the account. That distinction matters when ACoS is extremely high.

Consider a hypothetical kitchen brand spending heavily across broad targeting. The account produces sales, but the advertising report shows large amounts of spend from searches with little purchase activity. At the same time, a smaller group of exact terms generates consistent orders. Our team would separate those groups instead of applying one bid rule across everything.
