I’m curious how other students manage to stay active when classes, assignments, exams, and everything else start taking up most of the week. I find it much easier to exercise during quieter periods, but once my schedule gets busy, working out is usually one of the first things I skip.
For students in Texas, has anyone tried following a structured workout plan from home instead of going to a gym? I recently came across the idea of Virtual Fitness Coaching in Texas, and it seems interesting because you can potentially work around your class schedule rather than having to travel to a gym.
Has anyone here tried online fitness coaching or a similar approach? I’d be interested to hear whether having someone provide guidance remotely actually makes it easier to stay accountable during a busy semester.
