I’m planning to fly with Air Canada from London Heathrow and have been looking into the Air Canada LHR Terminal before my trip. From what I’ve found, Air Canada operates from Terminal 2, but I’d like to hear from people who have actually traveled through there recently.
I’m mainly interested in how the check-in and baggage-drop process works, how long security usually takes, and whether the terminal is easy to navigate. It would also be helpful to know what facilities are available after security, such as restaurants, shops, lounges, and seating areas.
I’m trying to avoid rushing through the airport, so any practical tips about when to arrive, finding the departure gate, or checking flight updates would be appreciated. If you’ve recently flown Air Canada from Heathrow, what was your experience like?
