The Safe Page Checklist allows you to ensure that your site is looking good, credible, and prepared for organic and paid traffic. Before driving traffic to the page, I would review some basic criteria: company info, contact us form, privacy policy, terms and conditions, refunds, and product/service info.
The page content must correspond to the user intent as well as the ad message. No exaggerations, false credentials, and missing any info about your business. There are also technical aspects to consider, such as the HTTPS protocol, mobile responsiveness, working forms, internal linking, redirections, and page speed.
Regarding the sites running the paid advertising campaigns, I would also check whether there is a matching landing page. Phrases like 'cloaker ads' and Google Ads cloaker' appear in the context of traffic filtering; however, bot detection and traffic quality management are much better solutions.
The cleaner page provides fewer reasons for the visitor to abandon the site.
