Has anyone recently checked in for an international flight at Beijing Capital Airport? I’m wondering how early I should arrive and whether the check-in and security process usually takes a long time.
I’ve heard the PEK Check-in can get quite busy, especially during peak travel periods. I’m planning to arrive about three hours before my flight, but I’d appreciate hearing from anyone who has recently traveled through the airport.
Also, if online check-in is available, does it actually save much time if you have checked baggage?
Any tips for finding the right check-in area, getting through security, or reaching the gate would be really helpful. Thanks!
