I thought choosing the topic would be the hardest part of a law dissertation, but honestly, the writing stage has been much more stressful. The amount of reading alone is manageable, but narrowing everything down to a single focused argument is taking far longer than I expected.
The hardest part for me is determining when to stop researching. Whenever I think I have researched all the important cases, I keep finding new articles and judgments that seem like they should be included in my research. While trying to figure out how other students handle this stage, I ended up reading through some examples related to law dissertation help just to get a better sense of structure and chapter flow.
