One of my friends recently landed a deal with a national retailer and now he keeps warning me about how strict warehouse requirements can be. My company may soon start shipping products through a target Warehouse in new jersey and honestly I am nervous about making mistakes with labeling inventory or delivery timing. For anyone who has gone through this process was it manageable for a smaller business or did you need outside logistics support to keep everything organized properly?
