I think I want one of those indoor smart gardens that I have seen on abodelook, as my kitchen has no natural light. Can you grow any types of lettuce in water, or must you use certain varieties, such as Butterhead? I want that fresh picked flavor but without the dirt and grime on my kitchen counters at my abodelook! Any tips for a complete hydroponic newbie?
