Hello, When my dad visited the Jetblue Airways Newark Office he found the location straightforward to access and clearly marked. He said the staff greeted him courteously and helped with his baggage issue in a calm and organized way. While the office itself felt professional and tidy, he heard about frustrations others expressed online, particularly long hold times and lack of communication . Nonetheless, at the counter the service felt efficient and respectful, and he didn’t experience delays himself or feel rushed. Overall, his visit felt supportive and helped him manage the travel details without unnecessary stress.
